The course presents the institutionalised intergovernmental cooperation in Europe, focusing on the European organisation and their development. The contemporary European organisation includes a diversity of cooperation structures, each with its own specificity according to the field of relationship which generated its establishment.
The student shall be introduced to the study of the elements of institutionalisation identified in the structure of Council of Europe, NATO, OSCE or Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation also from functional approach. The grading exam shall take place under the form of a negotiation of the constitutive treaty of a fictional new European organisation.
