At least two months before you leave your home university, you should contact the Erasmus Coordinator from Nicolae Titulescu University, for study or placement, in order to inform him/her about your coming here. The Erasmus Coordinator will put you in contact with the the Faculty Coordinators, with wich you must discuss the details related to the courses you are going to choose and to your study programme in general.
You must also contact the Erasmus Coordinator from Nicolae Titulescu University if you need help with the practical information concerning registration, accommodation, travel to București, Romanian language courses, or any question you may have related to your Erasmus mobility.
Make sure that:
- o You faxed or mailed to the Erasmus Office of the Nicolae Titulescu University the required application forms: Student Application Form; Learning Agreement; Accomodation Form.
o You got your Transcript of Records signed and stamped by your home faculty (you will need it for registration at Nicolae Titulescu University).
o You got a letter from the coordinators of your home university, stating your name, your field of study, and your period of study in București.
o You informed the Erasmus Office of Nicolae Titulescu University about the exact day of your arrival in București.
o You know what documents you will be requested when getting back to your home institution.

o Do not leave your arrangements until the last minute. It is very important that you get in touch with the Erasmus Office of Nicolae Titulescu University at least two months before your arrival in București.
