Objectives of the course: understanding, and acquiring information on the procedures used for the adoption of Community acts, on judicial control mechanisms of the Community legal order, and also of the four freedoms of movement within the EU.
The course begins with presenting the introductory notions regarding the objectives of the European Communities and of the European Union, and the principles of the Community legal order. After analysing the procedures for the adoption of normative Community acts, the course will focus on the judicial control of the respect of the EU legal order. Some details are presented on the freedom of movement of goods, persons, services, capital and payments.

The purpose of the course: acquiring the necessary information on EU law, taking into consideration the fact the Romanian law is more and more related to the EU law, now that our country is an EU member state, with specific rights and obligations.
