International judicial cooperation in criminal matters deals with several forms of judicial cooperation, both international and within the European Union: extradition, European arrest warrant, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, transfer of convicted persons, seisure and confiscation of proceeds of crime, mutual legal assistence.
